THIS IS A QUILT KIT I PURCHASED AT A QUILT SHOP IN NORTH CAROLINA, Approx 3 yrs ago.

I HAVE NEVER STARTED IT OR EVEN TAKEN IT OUT OF THE BAG TILL NOW 

THE COLORS ARE GORGEOUS.

They have a slip  in the kit that says "Includes pattern and all fabrics for top and binding, almost 10 yards Finished size is 63" x 85.5"

IT DID INCLUDE THE PATTERN!

ACCORDING TO THE BACK OF THE PATTERN THIS IS THE TEAL COLOR QUILT

THIS IS A KALEIDOSCOPE QUILT PATTERN (which I have never made)

IN THE PATTERN THEY DID INCLUDE A PICTURE OF A TEMPLATE, WHICH YOU COULD COPY OR PURCHASE ONE SIMILIAR

THIS WOULD BE BEAUTIFUL DONE, MY PICTURES DON'T DO THE FABRIC JUSTICE
