I was told these were JACO wheels. I don't have any packaging or information to be sure. though. And if you look closely at the pictures, it does look like the rear wheels were used. They show NO "coning" to the foam. The front wheels look brand new, with very little if any signs of use. None of the foam is chunked out, or split. They are a bit dry, as they have been sitting on a shelf in my workshop for a couple of years. So they could use a little foam compound to soften them up. They are NOT deteriorating or falling apart in any way though. These are vintage cut foam tires too. Newer foam tires where "low profile" so they did not have the same side wall height. One of the reason I wanted these. 

Overall, a great item for anyone wanting to do a vintage oval or on-road truck build.

To be clear, I know the front offset works with both the Team Losi LXT, but I'm not sure about the rear wheels. I think the RC10T had a larger diameter at the pin, so the rear may not fit, or could need modified to fit correctly. But please check out the pictures to see.
