In 1973 Remco introduced MIMI, a 20-inch, battery-operated, world-traveler with a voice box and records that allow her to sing "I'd Like to Teach the World to Sing" in 8 different languages. When working, she sings fluently in English, French, German, Greek, Polish, Hebrew, Spanish, and Italian. Six extra boxed outfits representing fashions worn by different nationalities and extra records and song sheets were sold separately.
