Beautiful red rectangular bag/purse with dragons and flowers in design. Corners and center circle have contrasting blue fabric sewn on. The fabric is nice with a slight sheen to it and some shiny metallic spots. Very pretty! Top zips all the way across and a pink fabric loop attaches to a pink "knot' on the other side. Interior is lined with solid black fabric. Has double handles that can be worn on shoulder or hand held. There is some kind of material in between the purse fabric and the lining fabric that feels like thin styrofoam filling.  Not sure what the purpose of that is?!  I've had this purse for a long time and don't recall where I got it and there are no tags on it indicating where it was made or what type of fabric it is made out of.
