TERMS OF PAYMENT

Our accepted payment methods are - eBay, Bank Transfer or Cash.

In order to make a bank transfer, please contact us prior to purchase. Cash payments are only accepted if you are coming to collect the item.

IMPORTANT - Due to Ebay new policy, we cannot give our address or contact details prior to your purchase.

SHIPPING

Eligible listings are delivered Next Day, please take a look at the Postage and Payments tab to find out the approximate delivery time and price for your specific item. Only items purchased before 12pm will be dIspatched the same day (Work days). Dispatch time can be affected by the 3rd party shipping company.

We are striving to provide our clients ONLY with undamaged items by packing them as safe as possible before dispatch. Please check your item for any visual damage when delivered. If the item has visible damage upon delivery, please notify the courier when accepting and sign for item as "Damaged". This is very important, as it affects the items eligibility for any refunds. We won't be able to issue a refund if the item is marked as delivered properly and no damages are shown in the comments.

All items can be collected during our working hours 10am - 7pm (Every work day). It is preferred that you give us a call before collection, so the order can be prepared before your arrival.

RETURNS

In case you have any issues with the part you receive - PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE LEAVING A FEEDBACK and we will do our best to leave you satisfied with our service.

If an error has been made on our part - replacement will be sent out immediately as soon as the wrong part is received from the customer. If we are out of stock for the specific part - you will be issued a full refund. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs when returning the item.

If the item is returned because of a customer's mistake (item doesn't fit the specified model, purchase error or colour/item number not matching) 15% return handling charge will apply.
