Making Payment
We ask you to make payment immediately after you have committed to buy an item from us unless otherwise agreed prior to your purchase.

Delivery Estimates
We offer Fast & Free UK Mainland delivery on all orders:
Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class Tracked
- for the shipments up to 2kg on any items with value up to ￡50. Delivery time - 2 to 5 working days, including Saturdays.
UPS Tracked Signed For delivery
- for the shipments more than 2kg on any items with value above ￡50. Delivery time - 3 to 5 working days, including Saturdays.
International Delivery
We use the Global Shipping Programme (GSP) for the international shipments.
Europe - Allow 14 days as a delivery estimate usually delivered within this estimate , Spain Italy Greece, Portugal can all take longer to be delivered.
Outside of Europe - Allow 30 days for a delivery estimate delivery speeds can vary due to location or country some will arrive well within the estimate.

- Shipping Address
All the orders will be dispatched to the address provided on eBay (not Paypal). It is the Buyer responsibility for providing his full and correct address on eBay page.
- In case of lost items, we will not issue a full refund or resend the items if the address provided on eBay by the Buyer was not correct.
- The Buyer has the right to contact us before we dispatch the items to change the shipping address.
- Delivery Delay

We accept the following reasons for return:
Item Not As Described, Damaged or Faulty - If the item is damaged, faulty or in any way not as described, then we will refund the full price of the goods and the basic delivery charge.

• Sealed Items - The items that are manufacturer sealed must be returned with seals intact. We are unable to accept returns once seals have been opened.
• Due to the nature of the items we sell, we do not accept returns if the reason is that the buyer simply changed his mind.
