When making a purchase from GlobeCom Enterprise IT Store you must state:

the company's VAT ID number + Company Name (within EU)
the company name + address (outside EU)

If you are unsure about item specifications/require more information about the product,
Your business is looking for a particular configuration,
You are interested in purchasing in bulk and want to discuss better shipping deals,
Are interested in finding particular items not found on our eBay inventory (GlobeCom stock consists of more than 100.000 unique items).

Note that GlobeCom is not responsible for any shipping delays or damages during the shipment. However, we will do our best to help you figure out what happened to the delayed/damaged package.

We require immediate payment right after the winning bid
Item will be shipped immediately on the same or next business day of receiving full payment
We only ship to a CONFIRMED ADDRESS (to prevent fraud)
If you need to ship to an alternate address, please make sure your alternate address is confirmed.

Shipping

We are shipping within 24 hours.
International shipping is possible.
Items will be shipped by UPS or DHL, or FedEx. If you have any special shipping requirements, please contact us directly.
The tracking number will be updated on eBay.
We ONLY sell to business customers (with VAT IT number)

Returns

Warranty

All GlobeCom products are issued with a limited 90-day warranty. If your business requires an extended warranty, please contact us to discuss the options.
Warranty coverage does NOT include cosmetic damage to the product.
If products come with a direct manufacturer warranty, please get in touch with the manufacturer directly.
Please refer to the product description page for the warranty coverage period.
Our company covers white label/generic products' warranty.

Defective Item

Please get in touch with us if the item is defective or failed for an RMA exchange/refund
If white label/generic products, contact us for tech support or defective exchange
Contact us by eBay Message to submit and request an RMA number.
The returned item must be received within 14 days of issuing the RMA number.
You must attach the original invoice and the original retail box to the returnable item. Also, remember to write down the RMA number on the carton box.
The package will be rejected if it does not have the RMA number on it.
The defective item will be replaced with a new item.

Return Item

If you have re-exported the package out of the country, you will need to pay the international return shipping fees to return the package to us. We need the item back to issue a refund/replacement.
Contact us by eBay Message to submit and request the RMA number.
Items returned without an RMA number will NOT be accepted or processed.
