BATTERIES

This chair comes with load tested batteries. They are used, but we do everything we can to make sure they are good. We guarantee them for trips that are less than a mile total with a 3 month warranty.

If you need your chair to go on trips longer than a mile, you really should get new batteries. We can install new batteries for you for $400. That will be a separate transaction after you purchase the chair. Just contact us and let us know you want new batteries.

FAQ’S
We do not store the wheelchairs with batteries in them. We install the batteries after the wheelchair is sold, before shipping it.

The cable that you see in the pictures is for an auxiliary power pack that we use to run the chair for pictures and listing purposes.

We make sure all the chairs we sell have good batteries guaranteed.

We remove the batteries from the wheelchair.
The batteries are hooked up to a special machine that runs them through an extensive diagnostic test
Then the batteries go through a reconditioning cycle.
The batteries are then run through a final charge cycle
The entire process takes about two days and then the batteries are run through a load test to ensure they will hold a charge and perform under load.
The wheelchairs are stored without batteries to ensure they do not get drained.
The batteries are installed in the wheelchair right before shipping only after it has sold.

If we do not receive payment within 12 hours AND you don’t contact us AND you don’t respond to our messages we will cancel the transaction and relist.

RETURN POLICY

We check over the chair thoroughly before listing to make sure that everything is in working order so problems are rare.

Because of the complications of freight shipping there really is no good way to return an electric wheelchair.

If you do have problems we offer technical support and we have an extensive inventory of replacement parts.

If we are not able to resolve the problem through technical support and replacement parts, we could send you a replacement chair if we have a suitable replacement.

We will do whatever necessary to make things right, up to and including a full refund.

This will be professionally crated and protected well for shipping.

We need:

* Address (we don’t trust the address provided by eBay for freight)

* Is this a residence or a business

* Business name if this is a business

* We need to know if you have a forklift or loading dock

* We can't ship it until we have this information

* It is a lot cheaper to deliver to a business address so please provide a business address if you can, If not it would be helpful if you could pick it up at a local freight terminal.

* If you need it shipped to a residential address just let us know. We pay extra for that, but we don't charge extra.

* Freight companies do not deliver to your door, they only do curbside delivery or you need to have a forklift or loading dock.

We do our part to save the environment by using recycled and repurposed shipping materials.
