Condition:
The box is included.
Controller is in wonderful condition. The cable has Styrofoam stuck to it in places that a quick wipe-down didn't remove. The box shows mild aging and shelf wear, as do the (untested) disks. The manual is aged, but complete, and over 1/4" thick. I do not know what it originally included, but there appear to be free spaces in the packaging for other items.
I neither know how to operate it nor know what the controller should feel like. The left stick stays where you put it as intended, and the right stick features a dampened return to center; though it seems a little too dampened. I don't know, honestly. Mechanically, everything works. Digitally, I can't test it at the moment.
I have played this game before, when it was new, at a hobby shop. It delivered on it's promises, and would still be fine today if you have a PC that will run it. You're wondering right now whether or not that controller will work with Doom. The answer is I don't know. I'm not sure how it's recognized by the PC, nor if special drivers are needed and not included.
It's vintage PC stuff. You know what to expect. It'll look nice and feel nice, but neither one of us is sure what it'll take to get it working, or if it works, at all. LOL
