This photo was taken of the in 1939 as it shows Monte Irvin in his second full season  in the Negro Leagues. Great photo of a 20 year old Irvin . It was signed perfectly in BlUE sharpie in 2005 on April 23rd  by Irvin at a show

I promoted in MIchigan Irvin passed away in 2016.
