Up for sale is a Waltham Model 1883 Grade No. 820 Pocket Watch. This 18 size watch dates back to 1899, features 15 jewels, and is currently running. The watch is beautiful, with bright, clean plates and intricate damascene.

This watch is fronted by a stunning, one-of-a-kind fancy dial. The dial features incredible vintage hand-painted roses over the Waltham signature on the dial. This dial is paired with heat-blued moon-style hands.

The crystal is the original, thick-beveled glass and has a large number of scratches. Please see photos for more details.

Watch is cased in a H. Muhrs Sons Silverode screw back and bezel case. H. Murhs Sons was reorganized as the Philadelphia Watch Case Company in 1898, and continued using the crown icon, albeit surrounded by the Philadelphia branding. There is light scratching on the case back, presumably from typical wear and tear.
