Vintage Cabbage Patch preemie doll never removed from box. The plastic covering is damaged ( please see pictures). Meet Dillon Silvester complete with birth certificate and arm tag. Note that somehow he is missing his shoes and these may have fallen out of the box since plastic shield is damaged. Doll sold as is.
