OUTSIDE SPAIN OR ISLANDS:

1st  We send you a label so you can return the item and when we receive it, we send a replacement.

It is important that you know the guarantee remains as long as the piece arrives to us as we sent it (we make markings and photos before sending it to ensure that it has not been opened and/or manipulated). If you do not comply with the warranty regulations, the money will NOT be refunded nor will a replacement be sent, so please, before making any decision, contact us by direct message and we will assist you as quickly as possible.
