Shipping information

We currently offer 2 options for shipping service for you to choose-

STANDARD SHIPPING SERVICE:
Your order(s) will be shipped by Chunghwa Post (Taiwan Post). Once the parcel clears through customs, it will be handed over to your local Post for delivery.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING SERVICE:

Your order(s) will be shipped by EMS or DHL, it usually arrives at the USA, EU, Canada, and Australia address within around 3-5 working days.

“Estimated Deliver Time” shows on eBay will based on your location. if you are worry about the shipping estimated deliver time will contact for confirmation.

To ensure an on-time delivery, please enter your billing address and phone number exactly as it appears on eBay, otherwise, the failure of the shipping information results in delays to your order. Kanosports is not responsible for shipping delays due to incorrectly entered billing information.

International Buyer

Note: Import duties, taxes, and any charges aren't included in the product price or shipping cost. All charges belong to the buyer's responsibility. Please check with the local customs office in advance.

Item may be delayed if held by Customs for additional inspection, then the Post has no information on awaiting Customs inspection. Once the parcel goes through the Customs, the shipping information will be activated by your Local Post.

FAQ

In order to lower the chance of being taxed, we could declare the parcel as GIFT with value $10.00 USD. If you’re asking for a specific value on the parcel, please leave us a note on your purchase. Our distributor center will take care of your order in time.

Your merchandise will be processed within 2 business days. We process all the order(s) from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Payment Shipping Return

- We only accept credit card payment via verified Paypal. - Please note that paying by eCheck via PayPal can delay your shipment by up to two weeks while payment clears through the PayPal system (Check with PayPal on the expected clearance date).Once your eCheck payment clears, your item will be dispatched to you within 2 working day.
