 Mechanical razor Sputnik Figure 4 After removing the heads, it is necessary to clean the inside of the heads with a brush, clean them completely from hair residues by lightly tapping the base of the head on the table.

Two or three times a month, it is necessary to lubricate the bearings of the axis of the drive disk with two or three drops of oil for precise mechanisms. After lubrication, press and release the axle several times, wipe off the oil remaining on the surface.

The razor must be protected from impacts, stored in a case in a dry place. To completely clean the knives from the hair, it is recommended to wash the heads in alcohol or gasoline.

It should be remembered that when cleaning and washing, it is imperative to take precautions so as not to damage the nets of the heads (which are fixed knives), since their thickness is small, and inaccurate handling can cause damage to them.

Movable knives have the property of self-sharpening, therefore they do not require sharpening and do not reduce the cleanliness of hair cutting during long-term operation.

The razor has never been used and is in excellent working order.
