STANDARD CD 143 [010] Royal Purple Glass Insulator with Unusual Faint Embossing on Crown
Nice deep purple color. See images.
A couple of open bubbles on base. There is a 3/8" X 1 1/2" flat chip on side/edge of the base.
Small included rock on crown, ~ 3/4 inches above wire ridge.
To the right of that, on the crown, a faint "DA" embossing is visible (see last image).
*** My 2015 catalog doesn't list any crown embossing or blotted out crown embossing for STANDARD CD 143 insulators. ***
Pictures were taken in late morning sunlight. Bright spots are reflections.
