The E Street Band return to Europe for a string of stadium shows full of appreciative and loving fans. The second night in Barcelona, officially released recording of the full show, A+ sound quality, the show is phenominal. I know why Bruce likes to open in Barcelona; I saw the first two nights of the 1999 Reunion Tour there. The fans are over the top.
The full E-Street Band with support from four backup singers, a five-piece horn section and percussionist. Opening with NO SURRENDER, highlights from the 29-song set include the tour debut of MY LOVE WILL NOT LET YOU DOWN as the show opener (as in 1999), four songs from 2020's LETTER TO YOU album, RAMROD makes its 2nd appearance and Bruce's heartfelt I'LL SEE YOU IN MY DREAMS to close the 8 song encore! That is correct...an eight song encore. Old? Perhaps. Tired? Not! Also tour show-stoppers OUT IN THE STREET, KITTY'S BACK, SHE'S THE ONE, BADLANDS and a hugely powerful THUNDER ROAD.
