This is the sweetest vintage little girl planter/head vase. I'm unsure of her maker (no markings), but she reminds me of Miss Cutie who was created by Napco. She measures 4.75" in height. 

There are tiny flea bites on the front rim of her hat (see close up photo). There are also two possible small hair line cracks on the back of her head. Again, see close up photo. I'll make sure to pack her really well so no worries with that.
