Cards appear to be from around 2018-2020!!!

I do not know about Pokemon I looked through some that looked Shiny but didn't find anything major!!!

Book has approximately 50 sheets (that's what I counted but could be a little off) holding 8 cards front and back!!!

Most sleeves are full front and back so estimated # of cards could be low!!!

Some cards do show heavy wear most show normal wear!!!

Pictures were taken of random pages just flipping through book!!!!

Book seems to be in good condition as well!!!
