Driving a vehicle away from our premises is not recommended and is done so at your own risk. The purchaser is given every opportunity to view the vehicle before the close of auction and bid on the vehicle whilst in person at our facility.
Deposits are none refundable should the buyer not collect and pay for the vehicle within the specified time frame of seven days (unless other arrangements have been agreed in writing)

We require a copy of photographic I.D. before we will release a vehicle
Payment by Bank transfer is the preferred method of payment. A vehicle will not be released until clear funds arrive in our account
Cash in person or through our bank account will be accepted, to a limit of 9000 pounds for any single buyer. All cash payments will be subject to a 1% handling fee.
Deposits are strictly none refundable.
Payment by Paypal, Debit or Credit Card will not be accepted.
