Condition: EX / EX. Visual grading only: conservatively graded. I never grade above Near Mint unless it's sealed. I will mail the disc alongside the cover with a plastic outer sleeve so it won't get split seams in transit. 

I will pack this safely. I know how to pack records. Please check my feedback. This will ship in a Mighty Mailer which costs me 3 dollars plus insurance which adds another 5 for this and the shipping fee total reflects that.
