Nice used NV4500 reverse idler gear good condition. This is the early style 2.75 inches long. item comes exactly as pictured and was removed from a wrecked 1995 Extended Cab dually equipped with a 12V Cummins diesel engine and a NV4500 manual transmission.  Thank you for considering downhomeparts.
