SHIPPING CHARGES Nowadays, shipping is much more expensive than it was just a year or two ago due to rising fuel costs, bad economy, etc. When I list an item, I estimate the shipping weight. Sometimes I'm higher than the actual cost, sometimes I'm low. It saves me time in the long run because I don't pack and weigh my items before they sell due to questions asked, bidders wanting to pick up, etc. In any event the shipping calculator shows you the shipping costs before you bid. If the total of your bid plus the shipping cost is too high in your opinion, then by all means don't bid! I am not here to piss people off, in fact, I believe a good deal is when both parties are happy! Please make sure that you ask all questions, know the shipping charges, handling times, of all the auctions you bid on, not just mine. By doing this it will save you from a lot of disappointment and help make your Ebay experience a great one. Thanks!
