1. Please turn off the power of the printer when printing, otherwise the motherboard chip will be burned.
After installing the printhead, please do not install the ribbon over the 10 A4 documents,

2. If the original nozzle is broken, especially ink leakage, it may be that the main board is burned.
So please rule out motherboard issues before replacing the printhead. also,
F1 and F2 fuses on the motherboard can only be replaced with original fuses of the same current value and type.
If you replace a different type of fuze with a higher current value, both the print head and the main board may be damaged.
3. Special attention should be paid to the nozzles. Blind replacement of nozzles by non-professionals may easily cause man-made damage.
It is stipulated that the print head is not guaranteed, and it is very delicate and expensive.
Do not debug on the machine, please be cautious.
4. If you are not familiar with the machine, it is recommended that you better send the print head to the maintenance station
Or find a professional to replace the nozzle, so as not to cause unnecessary loss and unnecessary trouble.

Before you install this product, you need to pay attention to:
1. After receiving the print head, if you use a needle to check the nozzle or see if it is clogged, this is a very redundant and dangerous behavior. If the printing effect is not clear, please press the machine cleaning button (p Firstly, as soon as the print head enters the water, if the water is not dry, turn on the power, the main board will burn out, and the print head will also burn out. Secondly, the print heads sold in our shop are all certified Strictly inspected and filled with protective fluid. If you use a needle to inject water into the nozzle, it will not only wash away the protective fluid in the nozzle, but also easily cause the nozzle to be blocked, resulting in no ink.
2. Be careful when installing the print head, be sure to cut off the power first, and then install it in place.
3. When connecting the plug wire, do not get ink on it, and make sure it is in good contact with the socket.
4. The steel shaft should also be clean and smooth. You can wipe it with a paper towel dampened with oil. Do not apply oil directly to the shaft. Excess oil can flow to the printhead and cause damage.
5. After the machinery and wiring are correct, check the waterway. First check whether the ink level in the ink cartridge is sufficient; secondly, check whether the small cleaning blade and the ink suction pump are dirty.
6. There will be air in the newly installed print head, so it cannot print normally immediately. Only when the air in the nozzle is completely exhausted can the printer produce perfect results. You can use the built-in cleaning function of the machine to perform intermittent cleaning (2 times each time, and then 2 times after 30 minutes). Repeated excessive cleaning will cause ink to accumulate in the cleaning pump, which will not only cause color mixing, ink leakage, and waste ink. In the end, more pictures can be printed, allowing the print head to expel air as it works.
