>Offered here is an old and original 1950's-1960's Goldenaire Men's Slacks "GOLDENAIRE GIRL" promotional PIN-UP poster!! Please see all eleven photos, as they are an important part of my description. My 2nd photo shows the poster's blank back...even my kitty-cat was intrigued by this impressively LARGE semi-nude pin-up poster! This very rare full-color vintage pin-up poster (the largest pin-up poster ever??) measures a HUGE 50" x 30", and features a lovely red-headed female heralded as the Goldenaire Slacks' "Goldenaire Girl". The sexy redhead was chosen to promote the Goldenaire Slacks company in print ads and in-person appearances at clothing stores; my third photo shows a reprint of a vintage magazine advertisement for Goldenaire Slacks - "The Mark of a Man" was their official slogan, with the ad also stating: "See the Goldenaire Girl at your nearest dealer!". The offered poster was most likely made available at these in-store promotions, where you could have met the company's spokesmodel and also picked up a poster of her while there! The poster's partially clad redhead utilizes a towel adorned with a golden "G", while posing on a golden stool and wearing golden toe-less heels...gold is most definitely a theme here! The ad claims that "The darndest things happen to the man in Goldenaire Slacks!" as the model poses in a nightie inside a trunk as the ad says: "We can't promise you a girl with every pair of Goldenaire Slacks...try a pair on today...then look in your trunk!". The model in the print ad sure resembles the poster's model, wouldn't you say? If you are a collector of all things vintage risque, vintage cheesecake and vintage pin-up, look no further than this impressively LARGE Goldenaire Girl poster!!

<>Condition: as you can see from my many photos, the poster exhibits age/handling faults from prior display: numerous tape marks along the edges, a few scattered tack holes on the outer perimeter, a three-inch tear along the top edge (see photo #5), varying degrees of creasing/paper wrinkles, Etc. With that being said, this Goldenaire Girl still exhibits strong colors, displays super and is a rare find!!! This "survivor" deserves to be further protected and preserved by matting/framing, or shrink-wrapping on poster board. Rarity trumps condition here, folks!
