In good shape with some staining from age. Its about a 2 1/4 inch around circle. 

Extremely hard to find promotional item. I have been collecting Pac-Man for 40 years and this is from my personal collection. I have never seen another one for sale.

Not sure who the Sweepstakes was by but still a very cool item
