2. Can't get a 144Hz refresh rate?
Our monitor supports 144hz. Please make sure that both the device you connect and the game you play support 144hz. Please make sure to use the original cables.
3. Can't get 120Hz/144Hz refresh rate when connecting to Xbox series X/S?
It needs to be set manually, and the operation steps are as follows: Settings > General > TV & Display Options > Video Fidelity & Overscan > Display, select HDMI, then return to the previous interface, and you can select 120Hz/144Hz in the display.
