The Martin D12-1 is a 12-string acoustic guitar made in the USA by Martin.

The solid spruce top and solid mahogany back (sides are laminated mahogany) give it a powerful yet delicate body sound that rivals higher-end models, allowing you to enjoy the rich tone typical of a dreadnought. The thin neck grip and low action settings make it stress-free and very easy to play, even though it's a 12-string guitar. It has a D-18 type tone, but it has a lighter, thirstier, and more delicate sound.

The truss rod is in good working order and the neck is in good condition.

There is a slight loss of frets, but about 90% remain, so you can still play with them.

Top: some scratches, some small scratches, discoloration

Side: A few small scratches

Back of neck: There are slight capo marks.

Head top: slight scratches

Since it is a matte finish, there may be some unevenness in the gloss in some places.

There are some scratches and bruises here and there, but overall it is in excellent condition with a beautiful appearance.
