DESCRIPTION: This is nice cover since "A-" grade wheel covers have very minimal amounts of damage. This one is no exception. The large center crown does not have any dents or curb rash. The wreath is nice and shiny. The colors on the crest were restored, so they are bold and bright...and the chrome is nice too. The Black Paint is great on the ribs, this usually fades or comes off with age. So why not grade this as "A"? The only damage is that the perimeter rim has a couple of light hammer taps (use a rubber mallet!) at the very bottom and far left sides. Not easy to see but they exist. Overall this is a super fine looking used 1976-79 Cadillac wheel cover that will make your Seville quite happy.
The wheel cover was test mounted on a RWD Cadillac 15" rim and fit decently. The mounting tabs have been neutral-adjusted for you (re-adjust if needed). All of my wheel covers have been professionally cleaned to remove tar, oils, road grime, brake dust, etc..... Dirty and stinky wheel covers will NOT be coming your way! Keep your expectations realistic, this is a 50-year old wheel cover with light use characteristics.
NOTE: This is an old-school wheel cover! You may have to bend some of the retaining tabs to get it to fit perfect on your steel wheels....especially if you have balancing weights.
