From the top exterior:

Enhancements on the house are beautiful.

Window casings are unique and one includes a flower box.  

The stained glass windows are so pretty and reflects the colours with light.

The front door is oh so Barbie and there is a working mailbox.

The windows surrounding the elevator on the main floor include plastic glass.

The pillars and the patio are elegant with a full wrap around fence.

From the top interior:

The vanity mirror has great reflection and all the faucets are in place.

The pull down bathtub is a beauty.

The built in cabinet has working doors that open and close.

The indoor elevator is discreet.

The kitchen has an attached faucet and the blue side table can be positioned as wanted. 

The custom cabinets has working doors and lovely shelves.

The elevator has leg holders to keep Barbie in place as she goes from floor to floor.

The furniture:

All perfect and in mint condition.

The bed is missing the fabric cover and is original to the house.

The side table is a bonus and the price of the package is almost worth it for the gilded photo frame of Barbie.

Lamp and phone on the side table and the drawers open and close.

The couch is perfect and original to the house.

Overall this dreamy house is perfect and closes up with expert engineering and slides easily into the box.

Shipping: 

Included in the price.

Packing will be of utmost care and all the furniture will be bubble wrapped in the box to avoid any breakage.

The box itself will be bubble wrapped prior to being put into another box for shipping.

Please note this box is over 2 feet wide, just under 2 feet high and almost a foot wide.  Very large. Very heavy.

A signature will be required upon receipt.

There are no instructions but I am not sure if there ever was, as the information is on the back of the box.

This is a treasure and for a collector an investment. For play there is nothing like this and I am completely awed by the level of design.
