430 - 450 MHZ amateur radio power amplifier CW SSB FM DATV DVBT DVBS2 - 2 X BLF861A.

All the pallet module are modified and each are tested at full  power at 250W CW / SSB output at 432 Mhz before to shipping.

May be you are  able to find similiar board in the web, but they're not tested and shure not optimized at 432 Mhz, so the final results is buying a very poor efficiency PA wich generate more heat then output power.

The module need a power supply of 32 Vcc, 12A at 250W out PEP 2 tone, 14 A at 250 W out CW, 8A at 60 W DVBS2 32APSK.

At 24 Vcc the current is 12A at 200W out PEP 2 tone, 14 A at 200 W out CW.

The module is very good also for DATV in DVBT COFDM and also with narrow bandwith in DVBS2, the picture of digital packet show a trasmission at 60 W in DVS2, modulation 32 APSk, 20 Ksymbols.

The module has a power gain of 12/13 dB depend from Vcc DC voltage do you use.

Usually at 29Vcc you need about 13W to obtain a full 250 W out CW.

Efficency is in the range of 55 to 60%, meaning PWR OUT to power DC input in CW mode.

It needs absolutely a heatsink before switching it on.

The LDMOS BLF861A are rated from datasheet at 150W power output for each one.

You buy one single piece of module for a power output of 250 W PEP@32Vcc.

Of these amplifiers i have sold more than 130 units all over the world from Tasmania VK9 to Vancouver VE7 passing trought BY China, all EU country and shure USA, with complete satisfaction of the buyers.

Here an example how to check and build a KW PA with this module.
