Dolls house 1/12th scale wooden man shed or garden summer house. Man not included!

Flaws; this is a pre loved item and I’m an honest seller, top hinge on front door is glued on one side not screwed, sliding back is very stiff after a certain a point and needs a good push to close fully, not sure why. Lots of photos, I never hide anything, any questions please ask pre sale. I’ve sold a couple of these houses and I they all have a white speckle on the roof it’s not paint splashes .
