Excellent condition 48in Sub-Zero Built-in Refrigerator.  This SubZero has been detailed, mechanically gone through, and tastefully upgraded by experienced Technicians.  All aspects of operation have been tested and verified working.  Lighting has been upgraded to LED bulbs. Both gaskets are new.  Display backlighting is also LED with blue backlighting of buttons.  Icemaker and dispensor have been tested.   Exterior stainless is new, upper grill is new.  Very presentable machine, would look at home in a new kitchen build.  There will be a new stainless toe kick included with refrigerator.  As a 25 year servicer of Sub Zero and high end appliances, this era Sub Zeros are the best ones ever produced, 2004-2009 600 series units will run well into 40+ years of service.

What Should I Know Before Ordering an Oversized Item?
* The unit will be crated on a pallet (included in the delivery fee) and moveable
with a standard pallet jack.
* Oversized Items cannot be delivered to international locations, Alaska, Hawaii, or
APO/FPO/DPO.
* Once an Oversized item ships, it may take 1-4 weeks to be delivered. Delivery to
a rural area, if available, may take additional time.
*For shipments where a signature is required, someone over 18 must be present
to inspect and sign for the delivery.
* It is important that you provide accurate contact information (including phone
number) at checkout, as the carrier will contact you to make arrangements for
your delivery.
* Additional Fees: You will be responsible for paying any additional fees including
but not limited to missed deliveries or storage fees as a result.
*** Attention NYC Residents! If you live within a 100-mile radius of NYC, please expect a
shipping increase of one and a half to double the posted shipping rate as fees to ship within this
area are substantially higher. Please contact us before placing your order for an accurate
shipping quote.
Standard Delivery means that the carrier will deliver the freight to the curb or the end of the
driveway outside the requested delivery address. You will be responsible for transport beyond
that point. The order is left in the original packaging. A signature may be required.
Outside Home/Garage delivery indicates that the carrier will deliver your freight to the first dry
ground-level entrance of your home or inside your garage. You will be responsible for transport
beyond that point. The order is left in the original packaging. A signature may be required.
Inform the driver if you have any circumstances that could affect the delivery (additional
fees may apply):
*Very narrow, steep, or gravel/rock driveway
* Dead-end street
* Low-hanging tree branches
* Delivery to a side door or garage entrance

Oversized Item Delivery with Signature

The carrier will contact you 24-48 prior to delivery to arrange a delivery time that will
vary depending on the freight carrier's schedule. Whatever information you can give
during the phone call will be given to the driver to make the delivery easier for them and you.
Carriers are only able to deliver Monday-Friday during normal business hours, and they
will give you a 4-hour delivery window. Please make sure you keep your appointment;
you may incur additional delivery fees such as a re-delivery fee, storage charges, and/or
return shipping costs if the appointment is missed.
Delivery of your Oversized Item:
*At the time of delivery, the carrier will provide you with a delivery receipt and/or a
Bill of Lading. This is your record of shipment and agreement on the delivery and
condition of your item. For Outside Home Delivery Service without Signature, the
carrier will leave a copy of your delivery receipt at your residence.
* Thoroughly inspect your shipment at the time of delivery and before you sign for
the shipment. It is very important that you inspect the shipment to ensure the
item is not damaged.
DO NOT SIGN the Bill of Lading until you have inspected the item. Also, please do NOT
wait to inspect the item (e.g., you are waiting on completion of a home improvement project or
remodel). All damage and defects need to be noted on all copies of the delivery receipt
and/or Bill of Lading.
What if the item has damage?

For Delivery Services That Do Not Require a Signature:
Please inspect the item right away for any damages. If damage is found, please contact
us within 24 hours of delivery.
For Delivery Services Requiring a Signature:
All damage and defects must be noted on all copies of the delivery receipt and/or a Bill
of Lading and reported to us within 24 hours.
* If the item is severely damaged, refuse the item and note the Bill of Lading
as Refused Due to Damage.
* Please make sure you thoroughly inspect your item while the carrier is still at
your home. Any damages/defects MUST BE NOTED upon signing for the
delivery. If the carrier will not wait for you to inspect the item, sign your Bill of
Landing as "Subject to Inspection"
