Rare GI JOE 1986 Cobra B.A.T.S, factory sealed, brand new,  card has some veins on it, bubble is not perfect, some little areas is not perfectly attached due to drying up, hand and chest hologram has fallen but are inside the bubble.  Overall a nice B.A.T.S early variant 1983, 1985 dated card  What you see is what you get.
