If an item has not been removed from its packaging, I consider it "new".  That may mean that an item is over 20 years old, but it is still "new".  I am not a "mint in box collector".  Some items have shelfwear, creases or dents. While I will always try to point out any noticeable damage to packaging or visible defects, I may miss things. I encourage you to look at the photos posted.  The photos posted are of the actual item you will receive.  The only exception is when it is a closed box and I may use the manufacturer's product photos. 

I take great care in wrapping and shipping your items.  All items come from a clean and smoke-free home. If you are a "mint in box collector" and are very concerned about the condition of the packaging, please contact me ahead of time so that I can send you additional photos. 

I do not offer returns, but I will always work with you toward a reasonable resolution to make it a good transaction and address controllable issues.
