Antique Victorian 1800’s Mahogany Coal Scuttle with Brass Handle, Great Patina, this piece has amazing color and all the things you want to see in an antique American Made piece like from the New England area, it has a brass handle with brass hinges, square nuts fastened to bottom of handle. Has original wooden pull knob but is missing the tin insert and the brass coal shovel keep on the back, this piece was likely made sometime during the 1840’s-1860’s possibly earlier. It measures 12”x13 3/8”x18 3/4”, this would make a great addition to anyone looking to add to that Victorian decor. Just a great piece overall.
