Offered here is a vintage lithograph. It is "Wilkes-Barre 1889". There are insets in the bottom left corner emphasizing certain buildings: i.e. Jail, Court House, High School etc. This piece measures about 23" by about 35". It is marked A.E. Downs Lithograph, Boston; and Drawing and Publication, Fowler Downs & Moyer. There are a few light marks on the border. Please refer to the pictures. They are an integral part of the description.
