This is a depression era Console bowl it is etched around the edge with ferns, leaves, and dot patterns.  This is a heavy piece at 3 Lbs. The inside is ribbed with thick glass. There are no condition issues with this piece it is perfect.  Unsure of maker, but definitely depression era. The edges are etched as well, there is no damage.
