Barbie did a series of Wizard of Oz from the late 90's to the early 2000's.  This is Glinda the Good Witch.  She is still in her original box with all the accessories. She was toted around for about 6 months before being put back in the box. Some light wear. I'm not sure if she still makes her "Brrrrrrrring" wand sound anymore.  Box is a bit rough. Comes from a smoke free home.
