Items are shipped same business day of cleared payments for all orders received. All orders received by 12pm (midday) Saturday are also posted same day. Any orders received during a Bank Holidays are posted next working day.

Please note, sometimes an item can be delayed or lost by the postal system. In any such event when sent via Royal Mail they stipulate that both the sender and recipient MUST allow 15 working days before a missing item can be reported.
