Please read the following so that you are aware of my conditions of sale.

Payment:   Please pay within 4 days of the auction ending. If there is a genuine reason you can’t make payment in this time (e.g. you are waiting for funds to transfer into your account), then please contact me. If payment or contact has still not been made within 7 days, I may relist the item.

Postage Options:   If you would like alternative postage e.g. First Class / Recorded delivery or extra insurance, please e-mail me before you pay me – so that I can adjust your invoice accordingly.

Postage and Packing:   I try to use recycled and recyclable packaging as much as possible to help the environment and keep P&P costs to a minimum. Your item will be securely wrapped.

Proof of Posting:    I always obtain and keep receipts/ proofs for one month, in case a parcel is lost, extremely delayed or arrives damaged. Although I am not personally responsible for the above events, I will make a claim against Royal Mail or other courier in order to provide an appropriate refund to the buyer.

Late Dispatch/Delivery of items:    I always aim to dispatch within 3 working days of payment. However- in the rare event of an unavoidable delay (e.g. due to illness or postal action / delays) I will contact you as soon as possible. If you are worried that an item is taking longer to arrive than expected, please contact me.

Buyer expectations:    You have a right to expect that items are of the quality stated in the listing. However, it is your responsibility to read the item description and view the photos in item listings, to gain a good idea of what to expect.

Returns:   I don't accept returns, except in rare cases where it may be said I have not described an item correctly. (If this is the case please, contact me as soon as you can.) I try to describe my items as accurately as possible and pack them securely.

Customer Service:    I will always try to give great customer service. If you do have a valid reason why you are not pleased with the item or service, please contact me before you leave negative feedback or comments – I will do my best to sort out any problems.

Feedback:  I want buyers to feel they can be honest when leaving me feedback, but please be fair in what you say.  I will report any malicious, inappropriate or unfair feedback to eBay and request its removal.

Communication:  I believe that thoughtful and honest communication benefits buyers and sellers alike.
