Brand new old stock sealed never opened - Contents are C10 Mint & outer packaging C9, with only minor shelf/storage/transportation wear over the 20 years since new.
I've had this in my collection since new in 2003, imported over from the USA.

I only post items once payment funds actually reach my bank a/c - which alone usually takes 2+ days thanks to ebay holding onto funds to earn interest on buyers/sellers funds - contrary to what they claim happens! And hence why I say my target for mailing items is 5 days! I have also personally experienced "buyers" exploiting a loop-hole in ebay's processes, by attempting to scam by cancelling transactions to get refunded after items have been immediately sent, but the funds not yet fully transferred. In so doing then getting both the item & a full refund.
