SIZE, PAGES, BINDING: 10.5” x 13.5”, 40 pages, stapled, soft bound

CONDITION: Overall FAIR/GOOD pre-owned condition. I won't say it's exactly "fragile" but "delicate" certainly!

Interior clean, paper is brittle on edges and spine. Edges discolored with some wear from use with corners bent, light soil to covers, corners creased. Small tear on front cover near middle. Paper tanned as is common with newsprint.

Stapled binding is tight but has small wrinkles and short tears on edge, scuffs and small tears at top and bottom.

No writing or marks inside. Vintage paper smell. Stored for the last 50+ years in a clear, acid-free, archival bag.

Flaws are consistent with an item of this age.
