Warranty and Return

If a problem arises, please be assured that we will take care of it!

We will not accept any item that has physical damage.  All items are shipped with insurance and damage during shipping needs to be addressed with the insurance company.  We will assist with that process.  Simply contact us through eBay message.

Any other Physical damage is any damage that is not caused by any normal wear and tear. If we receive an item that is physically damaged, it will be returned to the buyer at their expense.

If the merchandise is defective please contact us for a return ID.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and we are responsible for mailing the new item to you.  Please note that we do not warranty third party service or any item taken apart without our consent. 

Physical damage during return shipping is on the buyer.  Please package you items well and pay for the insurance.  Adding photos to your eBay message prior to packing and shipping is helpful.
