These vintage shelf labels are from the Shaw & Stavsky Co in Detroit MI

They are laminated cardstock.  They are yellowed from age due to use on shelves.  

Used in grocery, drug, and liquor stores according to the box.

These would slide into the metal grid on the shelving either above or below the item.

These were used pre-barcode era!
