This custom built 14" long steel bodied station wagon is the perfect blend of current auto trends and timeless classic styling. 

I start with a stock Buddy L station wagon, then modify the plastic chassis to clear oversized r/c scale alloy wheels with rubber tires.  This toy rolls better than factory, and can be played with as well as it displays.  These collectable wagons have become increasingly valuable, and the replacement part costs add up. This one has new bumpers, windshield, tailgate, and rear windows.  The rear trailer hitch broke off the mold, so I have added a small screw to maintain functionality.  The body of this wagon still wears its original red paint well, but shows light scratches and playwear throughout.  The new tailgate has been painted to match.  Overall this unique custom Buddy L wagon sits low and mean, sure to make a statement in any collection, display, or cool kid's play toy.   Buddy L did a great job replicating the Ford Country Squire with this model, I have taken it to the next level.
