To be honest I am not familiar with any type of charging equipment. So I took photos of all cords, charger including the instruction. The box came resealed only to be opened to check inventory. There are 8 cords including the plug. I do not see the alligator clips. I have enclosed a photo of the instructions with a photo of the Leads to know which Lead is missing. I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO USE THIS CHARGER BUT SINCE IT WAS RESEALED I BELIEVE IT WORKS. IF FOR ANY REASON IT DOESN'T  WORK JUST CONTACT  ME AND I WILL PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING THEN  FULL REFUND ONCE CHARGER HAS BEEN SHIPPED.
