RICHARD E. BISHOP VINTAGE DUCK PRINT - SIGNED - TITLED "THROUGH THE WILLOWS"  Dated 1938 (or 1936)

Plate signed and (i believe) hand signed, photogravure from a dry point etching.  Framed in a nice natural mid tone wooden frame.  The frame and the print are in very good condition.  Look at the photo and see for yourself.
