Lou was riding high with "Sally Can't Dance" on the heels of his unexpected radio hit "Walk On The Wild Side" so he hit the road with a crack band for a ambitious world tour.

The program features LOTS of photos of Lou from the later Velvet Underground days through his phantom and glam periods.
Mixed in with the photos are lyrics from: "Vicious". "Walk On The Wild Side", "Men Of Good Fortune", "New York Stars" and "Heroin".
