Not worn or washed in over a decade.

True vintage 1990s with made in USA tag.

In Good/OK used condition with minor flaws.

Has the sleeves cut off, some small holes, bottom hem frayed apart in spots and fading/wear.

Nicely/Very Comfortably worn in.  Tons of life left!
